According to a statement released by Apple company on their official website on 09/11/2018, the newly released iPhone X has been confirmed and acknowledged to be having some funny issues that needs to be fixed. Apple has determined that some iPhone X displays may experience touch issues due to a component that might fail on the display module. For iPhone X, Apple confirmed that the affected devices may exhibit the following bugs:
- The display, or part of the display, does not respond or responds intermittently to touch
- The display reacts even though it was not touched
